We are looking for a Arabic / Yemeni cusine Chef.
He will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality meals for various events, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- **Menu Planning**: Design and create customized menus for events such as corporate functions, and parties, considering client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that all dishes meet high standards of quality and taste.
- **Team Management**: Lead and manage kitchen staff, delegating tasks effectively and providing training and mentorship to ensure a cohesive team.
- **Event Coordination**: Work closely with event planners and catering managers to ensure that food service is timely and meets client expectations.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory control, order supplies as needed, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 4 years in a catering environment is preferred.
- **Culinary Skills**: Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, with a strong understanding of food safety practices.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and staff.
