Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of hotel public spaces while helping create a welcoming guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices and event spaces.
- Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and mop floors, shampoo carpets, wash windows and empty trash.
- Greet guests, answer questions and resolve service requests promptly.
- Assist with guest-room cleaning and housekeeping requests when needed.
- Complete periodic deep cleaning, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture and waxing floors.
