Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments for children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges.
- Prepare assessment reports, intervention plans, and progress reports.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct parent counseling, guidance, and review meetings.
- Develop behavior management and home support strategies.
- Collaborate with ABA Therapists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators.
- Support school consultations, observations, and IEP recommendations when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and confidential records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or related field.
- DHA/ CDA License or Eligibility Letter required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs.
- Strong assessment, report writing, and communication skills.
- Experience in autism intervention and pediatric settings is an advantage.
