Your Impact
Own end-to-end delivery across multiple Data, AI and Microsoft transformation workstreams within an established federal government engagement.
Lead multiple Scrum teams, creating alignment across priorities, dependencies, delivery milestones and shared outcomes.

Own delivery health and commercial performance, making informed trade-offs across customer outcomes, quality, pace, team capacity, scope and financial commitments.
Maintain appropriate governance for a protected government environment, including delivery risk, security, privacy, responsible AI and assurance considerations.
Create an inclusive, high-accountability team environment where different disciplines work together and decisions are made at the right level.
