Lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs across the Middle East, governing successful delivery of OpenText solutions.
Oversee multiple customer engagements and guide project managers, partners, consultants, and stakeholders through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Govern programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
- Own forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, margin health, and change governance.
- Assess readiness, implementation approaches, resources, timelines, and risks during deal reviews and project initiation.
- Lead executive governance, stakeholder communications, escalations, and recovery planning.
- Govern OpenText-led and partner-led engagements for quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial alignment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Architecture, Support, Customer Success, and partner teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise software programs.
- Strong governance and commercial acumen.
- Executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and customers without direct authority.
