Overview

Job Purpose

• Cash Management product lead for Core banking transformation for deep analysis on the impact on the cash management systems in transaction banking due to the core banking system upgrade.
• Analysis the impact of the core banking implementation and drive the change management to the Cash management systems and products to prevent eroding customer experience with the Core banking transformation

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in banking and dominant experience in Cash Management in corporate banking covering the GCC markets
• Domain expertise in Cash Management is expected to expert and detailed level
• Product quality, ensure highest product implementation quality and usability, ensure all enhancement value is captured and agreed by Product management
• Strong technical acumen and process driven
• Able to work independently to create processes from scratch
• Comfortable in working in sprints and working in hybrid Agile/ Waterfall environments
• Understand the ongoing developments in Cash Management including Digital assets and ensure that any changes post foundation

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functions.
• Skilled in reviewing BRD, FSD, SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered.
• Able to guide the business on value-added changes and avoid non-value- added changes with focus on business process transformation.
• Work closely with product managers where decisions are required and to communicate the new benefits available to Cash management products with the core banking upgrade
• Deep knowledge in the Oracle suite of products
• Skilled in MS Office applications Miro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DevOps or equivalent Confluence.
• From a stakeholder perspective, it will be critical to engage and influence partners from the Core banking transformation program on the impact to cash management systems before decisions are made
