Proposal Manager

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end proposal development and bid submissions, from opportunity tracking to final submission.
• Assign responsibilities and manage proposal team workflow.
• Interpret RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure compliance with submission instructions.
• Create proposal schedules and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead preparation of fee proposals and pricing matrices, ensuring alignment with scope of services and profitability targets.
• Conduct benchmarking and market research to inform pricing models and value propositions.
• Liaise with directors, design teams, marketing, and other departments to gather relevant content and approvals.
• Collaborate with global offices to leverage international expertise and references.
• Review and proofread all proposal documents for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
• Ensure proposals present a consistent and professional image of the Aedas brand

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and document management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with architectural terminology and project types is preferred.
