Your Experience

• Should Be... Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 3–8 years of experience in mechanical design, localization engineering, or product adaptation. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as rotating equipment, fans, motors, Cooling towers, or industrial machinery (as applicable). Experience with international standards (IS/BIS, IEC, ASME, EN, ISO, etc.). Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Inventor & Solidworks). Good understanding of manufacturing processes (fabrication, machining, casting, welding). Familiarity with vendor coordination, inspections, and technical clarifications. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Attention to detail and regulatory compliance Cross‐functional collaboration ability Cost‐conscious and solution‐oriented mindset Effective technical communication
