Bargo Real Estate is hiring a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist focused on Downtown Dubai and nearby prime locations.
The role involves buying and selling residential properties and building client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Specialize in buying and selling residential properties, particularly in Downtown Dubai and nearby prime locations.
- Generate leads and identify potential buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of property listings.
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations.
- Provide market insights, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing deals.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, market prices, and new project launches.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of Downtown Dubai and surrounding prime areas is an advantage.
- Russian-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead-generation and deal-closing abilities.
- Professional, ambitious, and target-oriented.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Freshers with a strong interest in real estate sales are welcome to apply.
