Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Renewals Administrator to manage tenancy contract renewals from start to finish.

You'll coordinate with property managers and tenants, negotiate renewal terms, ensure compliance with UAE tenancy regulations, handle tenancy-related legal documentation, and support rental dispute cases — all while maximizing tenant retention and protecting owner interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Tenancy Renewals*
  • Track tenancy contract expiry dates and initiate renewal discussions within the required notice period
  • Coordinate renewal approvals with property managers and issue renewal notices in line with regulations
  • Negotiate renewal terms, rental rates, and payment plans where authorized
  • Coordinate contract execution within required timelines
  • *Tenant Relations*
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships and handle renewal inquiries professionally
  • Address tenant concerns, improve retention and satisfaction
  • Escalate disputes and tenancy issues to management as needed
  • *Property Manager Coordination*
  • Advise on market rental trends and renewal options
  • Obtain approvals for renewals, legal notices, and RDC-related actions
  • Keep property managers updated on renewal progress and tenant feedback

*Legal & Rental Dispute Management*

  • Draft and issue notices, warning letters, demand notices, and eviction notices
  • Prepare documentation for Dubai Courts and the Rental Dispute Center (RDC)
  • Coordinate filing of rental dispute cases and organize supporting case files/evidence
  • Track hearings, judgments, and execution proceedings
  • Liaise with lawyers, legal consultants, RDC representatives, and tenants
  • *Documentation & Compliance*
  • Prepare renewal contracts, NOCs, undertaking/consent/authorization letters
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain organized physical/electronic records
  • Coordinate contract signing and compliance with tenancy regulations
  • *Payment Coordination*
  • Follow up on renewal payments, rent cheques, and security deposits
  • Liaise with finance on outstanding balances; ensure payments are collected before execution

*System & Record Management*

  • Maintain and update renewals and tenant related files
  • Maintain tenant, lease, and legal case records
  • Prepare management reports on renewals, retention, and disputes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2–3+ years' experience in property management, leasing, tenancy renewals, or rental dispute administration
  • Knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, leasing practices, and RDC procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software
