The role coordinates with tenants, landlords, internal teams, and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily property management operations.
- Coordinate property-related matters with landlords, tenants, and property management teams.
- Maintain property records, tenancy contracts, documents, and databases.
- Assist with tenancy renewals, move-in and move-out procedures, and related documentation.
- Follow up on rent payments, tenancy documents, maintenance requests, and administrative matters.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with relevant service providers.
- Handle tenant and landlord inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain organized filing systems and support reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or real estate administration is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Hindi is essential for client and tenant communication.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team.
Salary
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month, with pay stated as up to AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
