Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Property Investment Advisor.
The role involves assisting clients in identifying lucrative property investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing customized investment strategies.
Responsibilities include financial planning, providing comprehensive advice on property investments, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
The advisor will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Commission-only Role (up to 65% on deals)
No experience needed (Full training provided)
Full Marketing support (Building a personal brand)
Full Admin support (Contracts and listings)

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Finance, and Investment Strategies
- Proficiency in Investment analysis and portfolio management
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends
- Experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is preferred
- Proven track record in sales or property investment advisory roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
