Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Property Consultant (Commission Based) specializing in Spanish, French, German, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Romanian, or Chinese markets.

The Property Consultant will assist clients in identifying, evaluating, and purchasing or leasing properties that meet their needs.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients, providing expert advice, handling sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service to build a trustworthy relationship with clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with an understanding of market trends and client requirements
  • Strong Communication skills, including proficiency in English and one of the specified languages (Spanish, French, German, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Romanian, Arabic, or Chinese)
  • Customer Service and Sales abilities to manage client expectations and close property deals effectively
  • Proven experience in the real estate industry or related fields, with a strong sales track record
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate consulting are desirable
