Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Presenter based in Dubai, for Local only.
The Video Presenter will be responsible for creating and presenting engaging real-estate-related content for various digital and social media platforms.
Key tasks include preparing and delivering scripts, presenting properties through video tours, coordinating with production teams, and effectively communicating property features to potential clients.
The role requires presenting in a professional and confident manner, representing the company's brand with enthusiasm and poise.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills
- Experience in video presenting and proficient on-camera skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market insights
- Video scriptwriting and creative content development skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital content creation
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- High level of confidence, professionalism, and a presentable demeanor
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai as part of a collaborative team
