About the Role
This is not a typical 9–5 job.
We are looking for hungry, ambitious, and results-driven individuals who want to accelerate their career in Dubai real estate.

What You’ll Do
- Close property deals in Dubai’s fast-moving market
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct property viewings and deliver strong sales presentations
- Build a pipeline of serious buyers and investors
- Follow up aggressively and convert leads into deals
- Negotiate and close transactions with confidence
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (non-negotiable)
- Strong personality with natural sales ability
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with rejection and fast-paced environment
- Passionate about real estate
- Freshers welcome — attitude matters more than experience
