We are looking for ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client relationships, and the UAE property market.
As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and referrals
- Advise clients on property investments and market trends
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developer projects
Requirements
- Previous sales or real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Presentable and professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- UAE driving license is an advantage
