We are currently seeking experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our high-performance team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience in the UAE
- Proven track record of closed deals (consistent performance required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work with serious buyers and qualified leads
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
- Disciplined, accountable, and performance-driven mindset
- UAE driving license and/or ADM license is preferred

Important Note
This role is ideal for agents who are confident working within a performance-based structure.
It is not suitable for candidates without closing experience or those relying solely on portal-generated leads.
