About This Role
Handle end-to-end sales of Dubai OFF PLAN properties, from lead generation to closing.
Engage with verified inbound marketing leads and convert them into successful transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major developers to access premium inventory.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits, showcasing project value and investment potential.
Stay updated with new launches, payment plans, and market trends to provide accurate advice to clients.
Negotiate deals and assist clients in selecting the best investment options aligned with their goals.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage leads effectively using CRM systems.
Deliver a high standard of client service and relationship management to drive repeat business and referrals.
