Property Consultant- Male
About This Role
Join a dynamic and growing real estate team in Dubai, specializing in the Primary (Off-plan) property market. As a Primary Market Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients, closing sales on developer projects, and building strong relationships with investors while ensuring compliance with regulations set by RERA and Dubai Land Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers
- Handle high-quality company-generated leads and convert them into sales
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations
- Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and market trends
- Arrange and accompany clients on site visits and developer meetings
- Build long-term relationships with investors and end-users
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with UAE regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
