Overview
- Basri Developments is growing, and we are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Property Consultant to join our expanding real estate team.
- If you are passionate about sales, confident in building client relationships, and motivated by targets and commissions — this opportunity is for you.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property sales and negotiate deals with clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends and new developments
- Conduct cold calling and actively generate new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients through multiple channels
- Arrange and attend client meetings and property site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements
- Mandatory: 3–5 years of proven sales experience
- Real estate experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Valid Saudi driver’s license is a must
