Overview
NAAS Properties, part of the SAFI Global Group with over 25 years of market experience in the UAE, is expanding its elite sales team.
We are seeking driven, confident, and goal-oriented Property Consultants who are ready to build a rewarding career in the real estate industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and achieving high performance in Dubai’s dynamic property market.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 0–3 years of real estate experience (preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Presentable, professional, and client-focused
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of the local property market (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property leads
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and new listings
What We Offer
- We provide a supporting allowance of up to AED 3,000.
- Personal Leads: Employee 70% – Company 30%
- Company Leads: Employee 40% – Company 60%
- Real Estate Leads Platform: Employee 50% – Company 50%
