- Proactive and ambitious

- Confident communicators
- Knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market
- Experienced (minimum 1 year in real estate required)
- Strong at follow-ups and client relationship management
- Team players who embrace challenges head-on
- Willing to persevere and stay patient in a results-driven industry
- Holding a valid driver’s license and car (preferred for convenience, not provided by the company)
- Preferred languages (Bilingual): English, Arabic, Hindi, etc
What We Offer
- One of the best commission structures in the industry

- Visa provided after first successful closing
- Base salary (on top of commission) will be introduced after 6 months, based on performance and consistency
