Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced **Secondary Market Listing Agent** to join our real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have **a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in listing and selling residential properties**, with a strong focus on the **secondary (resale) market**.
This role is ideal for agents who are confident in sourcing listings, managing sellers, and closing transactions.
Target Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate industry
- Focus on agents with experience or interest in the secondary market
- This is a commission-based position
What We Offer

Leadership & Support
- Agents will work closely with me to achieve their targets
- Full support and tools provided for both local and international sales
- Leads will be provided based on availability
Tools, CRM & Licenses
- All necessary tools and licenses will be provided free of charge, including:
- Microsoft Teams for local and international calls and video conferencing
- Full CRM license package (KENDAL)
- Secure mailing servers (local and international)
- Remote access and VPN connectivity
Commission Structure
- Flat 55% commission on owned deals
- Opportunity to increase up to 80% based on company targets
- Commission payouts within one week of deal closure

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
