Overview
We are looking for motivated and ambitious freshers who want to start their career in Dubai’s real estate secondary market.
No prior real estate experience is required—full training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Learn and handle secondary market properties (resale & ready units)
- Assist in property listings, viewings, and client follow-ups
- Communicate with buyers and sellers under senior guidance
- Build your own client database and market knowledge
- Support negotiations and deal closure
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in real estate and sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Any sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
