*Role Description*
We are looking for a proactive and sales-driven Property Consultant – Channel Sales & Business Development to join our team in Dubai.
This is a full-time, on-site role that combines property sales, client advisory, and broker channel development. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and selling ANDI Properties’ projects to clients and brokerage partners, developing new broker channels, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and supporting the full sales process from inquiry to booking, SPA signing, and payment follow-up.
The role requires strong communication skills, in-depth project knowledge, market awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
*Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Consultation*
- Present ANDI Properties’ projects to clients, brokers, and potential investors in a professional and accurate manner.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable units, layouts, payment plans, and investment options.
- Conduct project presentations, office visits, client meetings, and property consultations.
- Follow up with leads, potential buyers, existing clients, and broker-referred clients to support deal conversion.
- Negotiate with clients and brokers within company-approved terms and sales strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
*Broker Channel Development & Business Development*
- Actively identify, approach, and onboard new brokerage partners through calls, emails, social media, networking events, offline visits, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners to generate continuous lead flow and project exposure.
- Conduct project training sessions for new and existing brokerage partners.
- Provide brokers with updated project materials, availability, pricing, payment plans, promotions, and key selling points.
- Monitor broker performance, including lead quality, conversion rate, engagement level, and deal progress.
- Collect market feedback from brokers and clients, including pricing reactions, client objections, layout preferences, and competitor comparisons.
- Support broker events, open houses, project launches, roadshows, and other business development activities.
*Sales Operations & Documentation*
- Maintain full and accurate knowledge of all project details, including brochures, inventory lists, price lists, payment plans, unit differences, project features, and sales procedures.
- Arrange client and broker appointments in advance and ensure smooth visitor reception.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales Administration, Finance, BD, and Management, to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Support the preparation and issuance of required documents, including EOI forms, booking forms, Sales and Purchase Agreements, refund documents, client identification records, agent documents, and other required forms.
- Ensure all client and broker information is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Track inventory movements, locked units, price changes, promotions, and unit availability on a daily basis.
*Reporting, Market Research & Compliance*
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on leads, broker activity, client follow-ups, sales pipeline, viewings, bookings, and forecasted deals.
- Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing movements, broker activity, and buyer demand.
- Ensure all communication with clients and brokers follows company guidelines, approved project information, and RERA compliance requirements.
- Avoid misrepresentation, unapproved promises, misleading statements, or unauthorized commitments regarding ROI, handover, availability, pricing, discounts, or payment terms.
- Report any broker misconduct, inaccurate promotion, or compliance concerns to management.
- *Requirements*
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales, property consultancy, broker relations, channel sales, or business development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, especially off-plan sales and broker channel operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and close deals.
- Proactive, target-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility in handling clients, brokers, documents, and transaction follow-ups.
- Ability to understand and present project details accurately and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, client databases, Excel, and digital communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.
- Existing broker network in Dubai is a strong advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.

- The ideal candidate is not only a salesperson, but also a strong relationship builder who can develop broker channels, maintain client trust, and support the company’s sales growth.
- This person should be comfortable presenting projects, following up with multiple stakeholders, handling sales documentation, and converting both direct and broker-generated leads into successful transactions.
