Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai for a full-time, on-site position.
In this role, you will assist clients in buying, renting, or investing in properties by providing expert advice tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
include conducting property market analysis, generating leads, promoting properties to clients, providing excellent customer service, and negotiating deals to close successful transactions.
You will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and regulations to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting, Real Estate knowledge, and a deep understanding of property investment strategies
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse clients
- Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering personalized and exceptional experiences
- Experience in Sales, including lead generation and deal negotiation
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
