What You'Ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • **Investment Consultation:**
  • Master the details of developer portfolios, project timelines, and financial payment plans to provide accurate,
  • expert investment advice
  • to high-net-worth clients.
  • **Client Relationship Management:**
  • Manage and guide international and local clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact and project selection to final contract signing.
  • **Sales Conversion:**
  • Proactively engage new clients and effectively convert company-provided qualified leads into signed investment deals.
  • **Market Intelligence:**
  • Stay ahead of market trends, DLD regulations (Dubai Land Department), and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • **Goal Achievement:**
  • Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • **Sales-Driven Mindset:**
  • A strong passion for sales, closing deals, and a deep desire to earn high commissions.
  • **Experience is a Bonus, Not a Barrier:**
  • Proven sales or customer service experience is preferred
