Role Overview

We are looking for a highly polished and client-focused Property Consultant to represent our exceptional projects across Dubai. This role requires a deep understanding of the ultra-high-net-worth mindset, exceptional client-handling skills, and a proactive approach grounded in discretion, sophistication, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Alpago’s ultra-luxury portfolio to UHNWIs, global family offices, and elite international clients.
• Conduct high-touch property viewings and private tours , ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s exclusivity.
• Build strategic relationships with wealth advisors, international brokers, and private bankers to strengthen our network.
• Present tailored lifestyle-driven property proposals , showcasing investment value and unmatched living experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and presentation at all times.
• Stay informed on global luxury real estate trends and comparative trophy assets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury property sales, ideally with a developer or branded residence portfolio.
• Exceptional communication, client-handling skills, and a polished, refined demeanor.
• Deep understanding of luxury buyer psychology and the Dubai ultra-prime market.
• Fluent in English (essential).
