What You’ll Be Doing
Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities across Dubai
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
Conduct property viewings and client consultations
Source and secure property listings
Negotiate and close real estate transactions professionally
Maintain and manage leads through the company CRM system
Stay updated on Dubai market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Deliver a high-standard client experience from first contact to closing
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and ambitious mindset
Professional appearance and client-facing confidence
Ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships
RERA certification is a plus
UAE driving license and own car preferred
English fluency required (additional languages are an advantage)
