What You’ll Be Doing
- Closing deals on residential sales & rentals
- Collecting property details & launching marketing campaigns
- Staying ahead of market trends & regulations
- Hosting viewings & conducting valuations
- Negotiating deals from first viewing to final offer
- Managing transactions through to completion
- Building strong client relationships & follow-ups
- Generating leads through networking & company databases
- You’ll also work closely with banks, mortgage advisors, surveyors & other agencies to close deals faster.
