Job Title: Experienced Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
- Experience in off-plan sales is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Dubai developers, project launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Active on social media and professionally presentable
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily buyer and investor inquiries
- Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful transactions
- Build a strong personal brand and market presence
