Role Overview
- Conduct market research, assess property values and identify opportunities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of premium property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, landlords, buyers and investors
- Qualify clients, handle negotiations and consistent follow ups
- Become the go to expert in specific communities across Dubai
- Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to compliance regulations
- Conduct property showings and facilitate seamless transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, admin and listing support
- Ensure all required KYC & AML documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner
What we’re looking for
- 1-2 years experience in Real Estate OR a target driven sales role
- A strong work ethic, self motivated and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Valid driving licence is a MUST
