Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions, building strong client relationships, and advising buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors across the Dubai real estate market.
This role is suited for commercially driven individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors across the UAE real estate market.
- Identify client requirements and provide tailored property recommendations aligned with their investment goals, lifestyle needs, and budget.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings while delivering a high standard of customer experience and professional advisory.
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation, closing, and post-transaction relationship management.
- Source and maintain an active portfolio of available properties, ensuring listings are accurate, updated, and aligned with market conditions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media outreach, and relationship-building activities.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing movements, developer launches, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, banks, conveyancing teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Utilize CRM systems and internal tools to manage leads, track client interactions, and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and leasing targets while contributing to overall team performance and company growth objectives.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions, exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and UAE real estate procedures throughout all transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, banking, telesales, hospitality, luxury retail, or other client-facing sales environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in dealing with clients and closing transactions.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, German, Chinese, or Hindi are considered a strong advantage.
