Handle property sales and leasing inquiries professionally.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors.

Negotiate offers and close rental and sales transactions.

Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, property prices, and regulations.

Prepare and coordinate required documents for property transactions.

Maintain accurate client and property records in the company system.

Previous real estate experience in Dubai is preferred.

Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Confident, professional, and presentable personality.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Good knowledge of Dubai locations and the real estate market is an advantage.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
