We are looking for a
Property Consultant
to join our real estate team.
In this role, you will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while developing strong relationships within the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for property sales and rentals
- Conduct property viewings and support client meetings
- Advise clients on property options, pricing, and market trends
- Negotiate terms and close property transactions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Experience in real estate or direct sales is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
- Valid driving license and access to transport is preferred
