Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager – ELV & Security Systems to expand our operations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have strong UAE market experience in ELV project sales, Security Systems solutions, and AMC contracts.
Candidates with proven expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Gate Barriers, Intercom Systems, SMATV, and SIRA-regulated projects are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for ELV and Security Systems projects across Dubai
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies
Identify and secure projects for CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Intercom, Structured Cabling, and AMC contracts
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates
Coordinate with estimation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with Dubai and SIRA regulations
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years UAE experience in ELV / Security Systems sales
Strong knowledge of:
Access Control Systems
SIRA regulations (Dubai)
Gate Barriers and Intercom Systems
Proven sales track record in Dubai market
UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
Experience
dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and FM companies
