Overview
Tierra Properties is expanding and looking for ambitious, results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team on a **commission-based structure**.
We are seeking candidates with **experience in the secondary market** or a **strong passion to build a successful career in the secondary market segment**.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
- Specialize in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers professionally
- Build and maintain a strong client database
- Manage listings and source new resale opportunities
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- UAE real estate experience preferred
- Experience in the **secondary market** is a strong advantage
- Fresh candidates with a strong passion for secondary market sales may also apply
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
- RERA certified is an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred
