Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Key tasks include conducting market research, providing property-related consultations, managing customer inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships. The role emphasizes proactive communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth within the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Consulting and Real Estate with an in-depth understanding of property markets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients.
- Strong Sales skills with a focus on generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate regulations and processes in the region is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
