Prime Bullions Properties LLC seeks property consultants for its Dubai real estate team.
The role focuses on property sales, client relationships, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Promote off-plan and secondary-market properties; generate leads and develop client relationships.
- Recommend suitable properties, arrange viewings and consultations, negotiate offers, and assist clients through sales.
- Follow up with clients, update sales records, and track market trends and new project launches.
- Work toward individual sales targets, contribute to team performance, and participate in international roadshows when required.
Requirements
- At least one year of Dubai real estate experience is required.
- Experience in off-plan and/or secondary-market properties is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, sales, client-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to participate in international roadshows when required.
Compensation and benefits
- A basic salary may be available for candidates with relevant experience, subject to the agreed package.
- Starting commission is 50%, subject to the applicable commission structure.
- Fresh leads, marketing and social media support, monthly mobile recharge, and a company-provided laptop are offered.
- Company cars with drivers are available for client meetings; career development and roadshow opportunities are offered.
Workplace
- The role is in person in Business Bay, Dubai.
