Full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, focused on real estate sales and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through property buying, selling, and leasing.
- Conduct property viewings and provide informed recommendations.
- Manage leads, conduct market research, and prepare property presentations.
- Maintain accurate client information, lead records, and property listings.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients with documentation and closing procedures.
- Deliver customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Consulting, communication, customer service, and sales skills are required for client advisory and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of Dubai property regulations, market trends, and transaction processes.
- Basic office and CRM software proficiency, organizational skills, and time management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Real estate or related experience is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.

- Commission starting from 50%, lead generation and marketing support, and social media and content support.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month; commission starts from 50%.
