LUX Investments is seeking motivated and ambitious Property Consultants to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on real estate sales, client relationships, property advice, and supporting clients through successful transactions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Handle property inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations.
- Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
- Negotiate with clients and support deal closing.
- Stay informed about market trends, new projects, and available properties.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
- Good negotiation and closing skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation
