Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant – Arabic Speaker, based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting property viewings, and negotiating and closing sales or leases. The position involves providing real estate consultancy, representing clients in transactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, and establishing long-term client relationships. The role demands professionalism, strong communication skills, and dedication to excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Real Estate and Consulting, with experience in property sales, leasing, or consulting.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales expertise with a focus on meeting targets and delivering results.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required to engage effectively with clients.
- Basic knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends in UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in property consulting, brokerage, or related fields is a plus.
