Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant specializing as an Arabic Speaker, located in Abu Dhabi.
The responsibilities include providing expert property consultations, communicating effectively with clients, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
The Property Consultant will handle property sales, liaise with clients to understand their requirements, and develop strategies to meet their property needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Consulting and Real Estate, with the ability to provide market insights and analyze property trends.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential; fluency in English is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
