Job Overview
Gulf Bulls Properties is actively seeking dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Consultants who are fluent in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice based on client needs
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
- Negotiate deals to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market
- Fluency in **Arabic or Russian or Chinese** (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Leadership qualities and a professional attitude
