We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our real estate team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, and the ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Generate leads and maintain a strong client database
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and company listings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of experience in property sales in the UAE**
- **Fluent in Arabic** (English proficiency is a plus)
- **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory**
- **Bachelor’s degree / Graduation is required**
- **Own car is preferred**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
