Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Property Consultant will support clients through the entire property lifecycle, including understanding their needs, sourcing suitable properties, arranging and conducting property viewings, and providing informed advice on market conditions and pricing.
The role includes managing leads, following up with prospective buyers and sellers, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
The Property Consultant will negotiate offers, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (such as brokers, lenders, and legal partners), and guide clients through documentation and closing processes.
The role also involves staying up to date on local market trends, promoting Huspy’s services, and ensuring a high-quality, transparent, and supportive customer experience at every stage.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal, written, and presentation skills in a client-facing environment.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term relationship building.
- Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including lead management, negotiation, closing, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Real Estate knowledge, ideally with experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE market, including regulations, financing options, and transaction processes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic or other regional languages) are an advantage.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online property platforms to manage pipelines and client interactions.
- Ability to work on-site, maintain a professional presence with clients, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Relevant certification or license to practice real estate in the UAE (or willingness to obtain it) is preferred.
