Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Experienced Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting clients, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions.

Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements, as well as preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation.

The role involves maintaining an up-to-date property portfolio, coordinating with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations), and ensuring accurate listing information on Huspy’s platform.

The agent will provide high-quality customer service, follow up consistently with buyers and sellers, and contribute feedback to improve tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate sales, including managing a pipeline, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and provide consultative guidance.
  • Solid understanding of the local real estate market in Abu Dhabi, including pricing trends and neighborhood insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and willingness to work within a tech-driven, data-informed environment.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate or sales environment is strongly preferred.
