Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting luxurious real estate properties.
Daily tasks include consulting with clients, providing tailored property suggestions, coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with clients.
The role also involves keeping up-to-date with market trends and real estate laws to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate practices, including an in-depth understanding of the local property market.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain trust with clients.
- Experience in Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
