Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
As a Property Consultant, you will manage client relationships, assess and understand their property needs, provide tailored real estate recommendations, and facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of properties.
Key tasks include market research, property viewings, and negotiation to achieve optimal client satisfaction.
You will also stay informed on market trends and maintain professional communication with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales to provide knowledgeable and reliable property guidance.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Ability to perform thorough market research and negotiation to secure optimal property deals for clients.
- Proven experience in the real estate sector, with understanding of local laws and regulations in the UAE being advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages, such as Arabic, is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
