Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of luxury properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full cycle of buying, selling, and renting.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, qualifying client requirements, arranging and attending property tours, and presenting suitable options.

The role involves preparing and reviewing offers, coordinating negotiations, and supporting clients with documentation and transaction processes.

The Property Consultant will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, build and nurture client and developer relationships, and ensure an excellent customer experience from first contact to closing.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable property solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proven customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
  • Real estate knowledge and experience, preferably in luxury residential or investment properties and the Abu Dhabi/UAE market.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Arabic, are an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, listings, and client interactions.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation for property viewings is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant certification or license in real estate (where applicable) is an advantage.
